Neon green, fully lined dress

This is a fantastic neon green dress only worn by me once! It’s soft, silky and flowy. It just doesn’t fit quite right. Only flaw is a bit of green makeup on the neck. It’s not that noticeable. I don’t wear makeup much so I don’t have any remover that might work.
