Neon green/yellow dress

Slight sweetheart cut layered dress. It doesn't have straps but It has a "no slip" lining (see pic) that works great holding it in place! The back is not layered. Material is very lightweight polyester. I wore it in Vegas with a thin turquoise belt and turquoise/blue shoes.
