Neon pink and black running shorts

Doesn't have any tags except for the one pictured. I've worn these maybe a couple times but they're a bit too small for me. They have a drawstring on the front of the waistband. The black part is mesh and shows the neon pink fabric. It has two layers, the inside being just the neon pink. The tag on it says "100% polyester, Made in Vietnam, Machine wash cold with like colors, Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed, tumble dry on low, and iron on lowest setting as needed. No stains and washed.
