Neon velvet leopard leggings!

Neon orange pink velvet leggings. These are handmade by the incredibly talented Lory Glabau (theturtlemaggie). These are so beautiful but I've only worn them twice. They are in immaculate condition and the craftsmanship is outstanding. They shift from neon orange to neon pink depending on the lighting (see video). Very stretchy. Low rise. Inseam is long so they have that rad bunched up look. They hug the body so nicely. I'm sad to give these up. ONE OF A KIND! Price reflects how much I had paid.
