Neon yellow, chiffon material super breezy. Comes with shoulder pads attached inside the shoulder part of the dress (idk if you can remove them). Open slits on the sides of the dress, open flow skirt. Sits mid thigh. Will steam before sending wrinkles are due to non activity.
