Neoprene Tote NWOT

This is a large tye dye Neoprene Tote Bag with matching Wristlet. It has black trim on top with pink and black handles and is solid blue on the inside. It is brand new and has never been used. There are two snaps on each end that bring the the bag together. There is a removable board inside the bag on the bottom. When removed, the bag can lay flat for storage.
