New neoprene black leggings. Great for after weight loss surgery. Outer layer 88% polyester 12% spandex. Inner layer 100% latex. DO NOT BUY THESE if you have a LATEX allergy!!!!! This will definitely hold you in!!! They are like wearing a high waisted girdle from the waist down. They are an XL, but they DONT seem to have a lot of stretch. I would say they're more like a large. Right hip cell phone pocket. Very well made. Very thick. Not see through like a lot of leggings. 4" non-roll waist.
