This was an Amazon return. It appears to be unused. The box is not in great shape. The brush has a small little mark on the end of the handle. It looks like they may have gotten a small amount of clear glue on the barrel when they put the blue end piece on during manufacturing. You can't feel it, and it isn't sticky. See last photo.
