Neutral Open Back Boho Tiered Dress/Tunic

Cream colored long sleeve tiered dress. Open back detail with bell sleeves, size L. In terms of length- I'm 5'10" and this is too short for me to wear as a dress unless I throw on bike shorts, but for anyone 5'8" and shorter it should be good! Great as a beach coverup too.
