Located on back of shoulder, front by arm, and across one lapel. Not noticeable at all but price has been adjusted. Wrap blazer dress. Tie closure on inside and outside. Mini style. Bell sleeves. Thick fabric so does not wrinkle. Has some stretch to it. Approximate measurements: Pit to pit 25” length 36.5”
