Never Worn Ann Taylor Loft Floral Maxi Dress With Halter Neck Tie, Size 8

This is a never worn sleeveless maxi dress from Ann Taylor Loft. It is midnight blue with a gold and white floral pattern. The neck tie is a pretty braided rope pattern for adjustable length. It also has a blue liner inside the dress, so it is not sheer. There is a side zipper with a hook and eye fastener. It even still has the security tag, which I forgot to cut off.
