Never Worn Before Tie Dye top from Urban Outfitters

This purple and blue tie dye top has never been worn before! I've tried it on a handful of times but never ended up wearing it out. It's open in the front, you would probably need a bandeau or undershirt to go underneath. But it's full length it will meet the top of your jeans!
