~ Never Worn~ Boutique Navy Dot Pattern Dress

This dress has such a nice stretch to it, dark navy.... almost black color. Love the cute tie-sleeve detail! Pair it with the Kensie Vest in my closet and some thigh-high boots... perfection! This is a great length for work!
