Very cute floral dress perfect for summer. It is high necked with ribbon details on both the elbows and a bow in the back to get the perfect fit! There is also a button at the top on the back of the dress for a slight open back. The sleeves are a slight bell sleeve shape. The dress is an X-small but fits more like a small.
