Never Worn! Penfield boys winter coat size 9-10 runs small. Leaf camo pattern

Long story; bought this for my oldest kid via J.Crew In Good Company off season sale “it will fit next year”, well it never managed to fit the cycle of growth for all 3 kids IYKYK!! Therefore it is basically brand new. Leaf camp pattern, detachable impressive hood, double zip yadda yadda; it’s a great little coat! Size is 9-10 but I’m saying it’s more 7-8. My average/slim almost 9 yr old fits but he’d have to have nothing in under it to get through the winter so Posh it goes! Message for measurements.
