🌞Never been worn - high low hemline dress. ❤️❤️

This dress has never been worn. It is a small by Tobi. Hot pink Chiffon fabric at the bottom with the hem line is longer in the back than the front. The top part is black lace and it zips in the back. Perfect for a summer wedding or a semi formal event. Adorable dress!!
