Never before worn/new cute navy blue and polka dotted cold shoulder top

This is a women's size large top perfect for summer . polka dot pattern throughout the top. Colors are navy blue and white . Made by Bobbie Brooks. never worn but had taken tags off thinking I was going to get use out of it bc I so cute but I no longer fit it . It is a cold shoulder look
