Never used wedding dress

I bought this for my wedding, but I ended up eloping so I never used it. It still has the tag on it! The wedding store wouldn't let me return it since it was final sale. It was $1,350. I'm open to all offers. The top is all beaded and the body is 100% silk. It is also a little big on me. I'm about a 4/6 and this is a size 8, so it isn't as tight fitting on me as it should be in these photos. There are a couple tiny spots that could use cleaning because of it sitting in my closet.
