Never wore it and it doesn't fit

It's a full length dress with a somewhat halter top. Horizontal black and white stripes from top to bottom. Strings cross on the back. Doesn't have a size but it will will fit large to 2xl. THE URBAN APPAREL GROUP is the brand. Has strings so it will hang easier (made of material). I'm going to move into a dorm so I can't have too many clothes. Just cleaning out my closet.
