schmidtkb @chronicles715 Bust is 15 in, shoulder to shoulder is 14.5, shoulder to hem is 23 in. I’m not a pro at measuring but I’d say since this is from forever21 it runs on the smaller side. Hope that’s helpful and sorry for the delay.
