Never worn! Beautiful white party gown from India

This pretty white dress features a handkerchief hem and embroidered halter top with sequins. There are built in cups so you don’t have to wear a bra. The dress is a georgette fabric and comes with a detachable belt with trim. I ordered from India as a size 36 / size 8 and is just too small for me. I can’t return it so my loss is your gain!
