Never worn Brooklyn Industries dress

This is a NEVER WORN blue patterned dress from Brooklyn Industries, one of those dresses you can keep for 10-15 years(like most Brooklyn Industries products). It has a tie on the top right shoulder and one at the waist (which I have in bows in the picture but which you could leave untied as well). It is a fabric with little give so is a true XS but very high quality and so buttery soft. It looks like a wrap dress but actually has elastic in the waist and a clip closure in the chest.
