Handmade in Italy the Dear Frances Tony boots retail at $670. Lug sole with soft leather upper, elastic gussets and leather pull tabs. Never worn. I love them but they are the wrong size for me. I rebought in my right size but was unable to return these. They are super comfortable and I wear them all the time! Size 39
