Never worn! Formal Skater Dress

Excellent condition, no flaws. Structure and pleats intact as shown! I’ve had this dress for years but have never worn it 🙂 So it is in like new condition There is boning around the V neckline for support and to maintain the style. It’s also incredibly flattering with where the waist falls! It’s a Medium but I think it could fit a Small or Medium. It’s a bit big on me and I’m a size 2, but it still works. So I think around size 4-6 would be the perfect fit here The straps are also adjustable. Think you can even take them off because the boning around the v-neckline provides enough support
