Never worn Jill Stuart eyelet dots black dress Sz8

This is a lovely dress. Jill by Jill Stuart. It's short and tailored, fit and flare. Very flattering & sexy. The polka dots are eyelet actually. It's beautiful but small for me, the picture doesn't do it justice. Size 8. Runs slightly small across the chest. Brand new, never worn.
