Never worn- Tart, size S, Vacation Romper

I removed the tags the decided not to wear it because it is very short. Beautiful floral print on soft/stretchy modal fabric. There is a button in the bust to adjust the neckline to a very deep V, there is a functional drawstring and it has pockets. Measures approximately 30 inches from top to bottom, and the inseam is just under 3 inches.
