Never worn. Twill Two by Two vintage skirt. Lovely, ruffled bottom. Size 26.

This is a vintage skirt by Twill Two by Two. It does have a below the waist fit. The fabric is 100% cotton and has the feel and look of denim. It is a lovely ivory color with an eyelet embroidered ruffled bottom that flares out to 136" (4 x 34 = 136)!! The mannequin is a size 2 (US) and it fit below the waist. For ease of measuring, I folded the skirt bottom into 4 parts and multiplied by the 34"width. I used a long necklace to replicate a chained, beaded belt. An opportunity to use any belt you like, or none at all. It is a skirt that can be worn at many different occasions, where you could show off your notably delicate but sturdy nature. Dimensions: Length: Approximately 20" Width at top: 15½" x 2 = 31" Width near hip: 18" x 2 = 36" Width at bottom hem: 136"
