Never worn, beautiful navy blue cocktail dress. It's a size Small.

This dress by Ideas by Barbara was purchased in a Philadelphia area boutique voted "Best of Philadelphia for Evening Gowns." It was bought for my daughter's late winter wedding, which due to Covid, had to be moved to this past summer. Because the dress is more suited for cooler weather, I could not wear it to her summer wedding and had to purchase something else. Never having been worn, it's in perfect condition. Besides being perfect for Mother of the Bride (or Groom), it's suitable for other dressy occasions. The shrug-type jacket makes it even more versatile. It's made in the USA.
