thesweeterthing Hello, can you please tell me the calf measurement around the top of the boot (it's usually between 14 -18" inches all the way around) and the boot height (from the bottom of the heel to the top of the boot). Also, it was a little hard to tell in the pics, but do these have an inner or back zipper (and if so, is it a full zipper or half zipper). Thank you so much and happy holidays!
