Never worn but no tags. Shein doesn’t add tags to their clothes. The skirt set is form fitting. The top has puff sleeves and a tie in the back. The bottom is a ruffle hem skirt. This would be perfect to wear during the spring and summer months. Wear this with your favorite pair of pumps!
