Never worn cornflower blue stretch pencil skirt size L

Never worn cornflower blue unlined stretch pencil skirt with a subtle A-line, marked as a Large but I think a Medium might be a better pick. Has some light hanger indentation marks at the waist but I think they’ll work itself out. But otherwise unused and good condition. It’s just been stored a long time. In the last photo, I got creative and broke out my crayon box and found a match! Waist @ 18”, Hip @ 20” and Length @ 25”, elastic waist and stretch fabric. Fabric content in photos. Can you give her a good home?
