Never worn ivy & leo, women’s large, white, ruffled sleeves, V-back, mini dress

This dress is super cute, I bought it a few years ago from ivy and leo and never ended up wearing it, so it’s just been neglected. It is great quality, tags are still on it. It is form fitting at the top, and the bottom fits like a pencil skirt, and then it flares out with the ruffles on the end.
