Never worn off-the-shoulder blue evening gown

Size 11 not 10 no size 11 option for listing. Dress runs small I usually wear a 9-10 Never worn, dry-cleaned after purchase. Sits in my closet wrapped in plastic. I am 5 feet 3inches 158Lbs the fit is good. You need to wear heels if you are my height. The dress is a deep royal blue velvet fabric and is lined. The slit by the leg is not to high up. The one by the chest not to low either. Sturdy boning in slit by the chest for shape. Just in case you're blessed in that area. More pics if needed
