Never worn over the knee boots

Never worn. Sold out online Over the knee heeled navy blue boots Tie detailing on the upper back Velvet feeling material Love these. They run a little big in my opinion and work great for a wider calf. They are regular not wide but I have really thick calves and sometimes wear wide and these fit wonderfully calf / leg wise! I got these during covid and just never wore them but loved them so I ended up getting a smaller size and was too late to returned these.
