Never worn size 4 dress barn dress- with belt

This size 4 dress was tried on but didn't fit so it was never worn other then the two minute try on. It has an orange and white pattern and white belt. It is very pretty and in mint condition, I wish it fit me!! The tags were removed because I thought I would keep it but it is still new condition without them
