Never worn vintage Nite Line beaded silk dress

Never worn vintage 1990's Nite Line silk beaded dress. This black dress is ready to party with the spaghetti straps, asymmetrical neckline and all the intricate beading. Beading is black and silver. Dress is heavier because of the intricate beading. Size tag is missing but it is a size 6 (see measurements below). Lined. Side zipper. Approximate measurements: armpit to armpit = 16", waist = 14.5" and 40" length. Dress has never been worn and still has the price tag from Bloomingdales but there are some loose threads, missing beads (see last photo for example) from storage. Perfect for New Years party, cocktail party, wedding or formal affair.
