New 100% silk blouse with polyester lining

This beautiful black silk chiffon blouse is 100% silk decorated with beads and sequins, new with tags on, never worn. Sleeves are bell shape and sheer (see through.) The blouse has a drape neckline and two layers of sheer silk with a 100% polyester lining. The sequins and beads form flower shapes on the body and on the sleeves. It says it is size 16 but it fits more like a 14. It is fitted and the length is long, hitting lower hip on 5'7" frame. Perfect condition. Brand is Patra.
