flashy4me @darr07 Hi. It is very safe. I dont know about moving your organs in a bad way, but it will help tighten your abdomen and visual inch loss. It helps to keep things together. It has to be gradually worn. After my baby i still looked 5mos pregnant but i grabbed my waist trainer and after a week i was me again. Thanks

flashy4me @prada3232 The trainers are measured by when your height and weight is in the aporopriate range. They fit snug at first then it will get looser with continued use. They have lots of stretch. Not really sure the exact measurement for that size. Hope this helps. Thanks
