New 90s Green Velvet Elizabeth Wayman Dress

Party Cocktail Formal Prom Wedding New Vintage 90’s - Never worn Plush & silky dark green velvet with green taffeta sash bow Sash bow can be worn in the front or back (Pictured both ways, more details below) Bodice is fully lined Cap sleeves Full flowy a-line skirt Back hidden zipper Size 8 Vintage 36” chest 28” waist Approx 37” Long from shoulder top I’ve had this dress since I worked in a boutique in the 90’s. The last picture is exactly how it came to the shop, with the bow in front, and how it was intended to be worn by the designer. I had never even untied the bow until I took the pictures for this listing. I guess the tag fell off at some point but the fastener still remains (pic 6).
