This is an Ann Taylor Baroque Floral Smocked Neck Flare Dress in a size XS--new with tags. This is a beautiful flowy dress in which you use the belt given or one of your own to cinch it in (examples in photos). It also has gold metallic sparkles which you can see in the closeup. It kept selling out quickly online, it really is a beautiful piece. I have too many clothes for my small apartment, and am trying to clear my closet. Because of this, all items have been in storage and may need an iron. All items are stored carefully. I do use packaging from other companies, as I don't want it ending up in landfills. The packaging is usually from Anthropologie, and is always clean.
