This is a very sexy NEW fitted sheath dress by Ann Taylor. It sold out very quickly but is just slightly too tight around the hips for me. It has a v-neckline, darts at the bust, and a rear slit. Very stretchy material. The bust measures 17.5” across from armpit to armpit. The waist at the smallest point measures 14” across and the hips measure approximately 17.5” across.
