New Aryeh empire waist dress Large lavender embroidered flowers Easter spring

This dress is amazing, but it never fit me. it's 100% cotton and there is no stretch to it. it's sized as Large but I think it's more like a larger medium. please go by measurements. This is new w no tags bought ot off zulily, , never worn. while looking this piece over it appears that the lining has some light brownish marks where the embroidered overlay is. pretty sure it's color transfer since I never wore it. across: 14" length: 38"
