This fits me and I wear a 14 to 16 and a 40c bra so would say the sizing range is from sizes 12 to 16 and bra could probably go to 42c at the most. USA Pride American flag design; grey red white and blue. 92% nylon and 8% spandex. Stretchy band waist. Pants are approximately 29 inches long
