New Baby Girls Sarah Louise Long Sleeve Smocked Embroidered Dress

New smocked dress by Sarah Louise. Has pretty Peter Pan collar with embroidery. Chest is beautifully smocked in multiple shades of pink. It buttons up the back. The skirt is lined so its full and there is a horizontal pleat down the front. You can see some of the threads through the white fabric. It is normal but I want to point it out so that no one thinks it is a stain or shouldn't be there. All of my items are brand new with all tags attached from the manufacturer.
