New Balance Women’s MD500 Race Shoes (Spikes)

New Balance Women’s MD500 spikes. US women’s size 9.5. These have been used for one Cross Country season and a full season of both winter and spring track. They are in good shape and have plenty of life left in them. These are perfect for mid-distance events like the 800m, but have also worked great for 1600m, 3200m, and 5k. Spikes are already screwed into the bottom and can be removed with a spike key. I may have the spike key and can throw it in with the shoes at no extra cost.
