New Balance workout shorts size S?

Gently used in excellent condition, New Balance workout/running shorts. I cut out all the tags so I'm not 100% sure of the size but I think they have to be a small. I've included lots of measurements for you to help with reference. These are not high waisted shorts, just regular height.
