New Banana Republic wrap dress

New (without tags) dress with a split ruffle at the shoulder, and tie waist. The color is a dark navy blue. It's labeled "tall" but hits right at the knee for me, so it's fairly true to size I'd say. There is a little loop/clasp for the top to stay put while worn. From a smoke free home. Very professional/classy look for work or church. Never worn.
