New Beaded Dress Pleated Design History Medium

New with tags and extra beads. Neck and waistline are intricately beaded with various colored seed beads and sequins. Measurement from top to bottom is 38 inches, pit to pit laid flat 16 inches. On the upper left side of the neckline there are some beads that are hanging and missing which can be easily fixed (see last pic).
