taltoola @shaktiskye I’m going to take it to my tailor tomorrow and ask. I got this sari when I was in India so can’t ask who I bought it from that easily. Will let you know what my tailor tells me. 😊

taltoola @shaktiskye The tailor said that the fabric is similar to chiffon but US chiffon is slightly lighter than the ones in India.

shaktiskye @taltoola Hi thanks but I wouldn't know. Chiffon is a general term that can be woven silk and cotton (together) or it can be 100% polyester. In the second case it feels rougher. If it were silk and cotton - it would feel soft.

taltoola @shaktiskye Thank you for your feedback. It’s hard to tell because it doesn’t indicate on the label. It does feel soft but maybe it’s hard to tell because it has a lot of embellishments on it. Let me know if you’re interested.
