New Beautiful Blue Gown Mother of the Bride/Groom

I purchase 5 different dresses for my son's wedding. It's too late to return. I am hoping to help someone in need of a beautiful dress to purchase at a fraction of the price. This is gorgeous, blue off shoulder portrait neckline and a full flowing skirt with "POCKETS". Size 16W, pretty true to size. This would be a beautiful ball gown or prom gown.
